We cannot offer international returns or refunds.

Timeframe for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and review our Shipping & Delivery Policy (LINK) for instructions on handling defective or damaged merchandise.

Non-Returnable Items:

Digital products are non-refundable.

Return Process:

Here's what to expect when starting the return process.
  • Contact Us. Contact customer service at hello@empoweredcooks.com.
  • Wait for Approval. If approved for return, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping Label. Pack the item securely, including the original product packaging, and affix the return label provided.
  • Ship Your Return. Send your return via the approved carrier shown on the return address label.
Fees:

To keep our prices competitive and maintain a sustainable small business, we ask our customers to share in the cost of returns. This includes a nominal return shipping fee and a restocking fee, which cover the logistics and processing of returned items.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees:
  • Return Fee: A $7 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
  • ​Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, deducted from your refund to cover the processing of returned items.
Refund Process:

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. We will refund your original payment method within 10 business days if the return is accepted, minus the return shipping and restocking fees.

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at
